Provided individual, family and group therapeutic services to clients (ages 11-22) in a residential setting as well as staff training and support in effective therapeutic models. Facilitated weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills groups and consulted with staff regarding DBT and Collaborative Problem Solving implementation at the Greenfield community based Behavioral Treatment Residential (BTR). Facilitated quarterly treatment review meetings with outside providers and worked alongside educational, medical and residential components of the program. Chaired a committee establishing and implementing trauma-informed care related specifically to the youth’s environment. Treatment issues included disrupted attachment, abuse and neglect, sexually reactive and sexually harmful behaviors.
